Course Objective - The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the Working Group 1 contribution to the 5th Assessment Report (AR5) of the Intergovernmentel Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). This report describes the latest human understanding of the physical basis of climate change. This class is student-led and consists of general discussion on each chapter of the roughly 1500-page long document.
