ITESM Prepa Tec Workshop

Here's the few photos I took during our last CloudSat visit with the students of the Prepa Tec school of Tecnologico de Monterrey, Guadalajara. We had a gwonderful time catching up with Gloria, one of our Alaska workshop veterans, and then got our socks blown completely off by some of the brightest students I've ever met anywhere. Besides our intense workshop and lab experiments, we got to travel around with the students on a nighttime bus tour of Guadalajara, and were received as special guests at a banquet featuring the dancers of the Baile Folklorico of Tecnologico de Monterrey. As an additional bonus, we got a personal tour of the Herraduras Tequileria, located a short ways away from Tequila, Jalisco. Great trip, and can't wait to see these students again in Alaska this summer!
