Background
My name is Matt Rogers, and I am a research scientist working in the research group of
Graeme Stephens
under whom I also completed my M.S. and Ph.D work. I performed my

University of Colorado at
Boulder, with a degree in
physics along with a minor in
atmospheric science.
Previously, I was employed at the
Research Applications Program of the
National Center for Atmospheric Research.
Thesis Research
My Ph.D. thesis research involved classifying the temporal and
spatial characteristics of cloud regime change in the tropical

observations.
My M.S. thesis research involved drizzling stratocumulus
modeling.
